Even when there appeared to be a mix up with our particular truck, they went above and behind to assure us that our move was still going to be handled effectively. The professionalism that these men showed put other movers we've had in the past to shame. I cannot say enough about the service of this company and how they treated us. My hope is that the company has plenty more men like Joe and Dez, because it's rare to find movers who are not only professional but super courteous.read more

Each of them was respectful, courteous, efficient, and professional through the entire process of loading, driving out of state, and unloading. I appreciate how Bubba took the lead and Eric and Dez followed his lead well: their communication to each other (and us) was great! Our booking was made possible through Todd, who also did an amazing job communicating the entire process with us from the very beginning. They made a plan and everybody got right to work at loading the trucks. When all trucks were loaded, they headed to the new home and got right to work. They were very efficient very careful with the furniture. They made sure that they placed the furniture where it was requested and did not drag it across any floors or carpets. All beds and furniture that were disassembled at the first home were all reassembled at the second home. I would highly, highly recommend this group for future moves.read more

I had a great experience today with Jaylin and Chuck! They were right on time and finished... everything in <90 minutes. I would definitely highly recommend this company for people like me doing tiny moves, like my one bedroom apartment. Two key reasons: First of all, I really liked the 2 hour minimum whereas the other companies I considered all wanted 3-4 hour minimums. And second, I also appreciate the flexibility of grouping packing, moving, and unpacking all together in the same session (I was moving inside the same building). I’ll definitely be booking again next time I move. Thanks everyone!read more

I was amazed at the energy and teamwork they displayed! They packed up in a timely manner and then arrived at my new place and unloaded the same! The price was very reasonable, and I believe far less than if I had used one of the other movers who charge by the hour, distance and other "add ons". I have used other movers in years past and if ever have the need arise again, I will only use Moves for Less!read more

We have essentially done 3 moves this year - moved out of an IN home to one in LA and the majority... went into local storage in IN. Then more recently we moved from local storage into another home in IN. Our original rep was Todd, who was great to work with in every respect, and for the most part the initial moves went well but we had some damage unfortunately upon arrival at the LA property. We worked with David Franklin over the course of a few months and he negotiated a satisfactory settlement with us by deeply discounting our final leg of the 3 moves. Special shout out to Bubba and Chuck (and other team members - too many to recall and name them)...and again, David, for patiently working with us through the whole process. In the end we are very satisfied overall with Moves For Less and we would use them again should the need arise!read more

We have essentially done 3 moves this year - moved out of an IN home to one in LA and the majority... went into local storage in IN. Then more recently we moved from local storage into another home in IN. Our original rep was Todd, who was great to work with in every respect, and for the most part the initial moves went well but we had some damage unfortunately upon arrival at the LA property. We worked with David Franklin over the course of a few months and he negotiated a satisfactory settlement with us by deeply discounting our final leg of the 3 moves. Special shout out to Bubba and Chuck (and other team members - too many to recall and name them)...and again, David, for patiently working with us through the whole process. Are totes available at all Moves for Less locations?
Right now, we offer tote rental in Indianapolis. But we're planning to grow this program. Stay tuned!
Will renting totes from Moves for Less save me money?
Yes! Moves for Less totes are much sturdier than cardboard boxes, letting you safely pack more items (up to 60 lbs). You’ll probably need fewer moving boxes. We bring the totes right to your home or office. There’s no need to search for boxes and drive to pick them up. And with our durable plastic totes, no tape is needed. Because our large plastic totes stack neatly and don’t fall apart, our team's moving process is streamlined. Fewer hours could save you on moving fees.
Why pay Moves for Less when I can get used boxes for free?
Good question! Our totes are durable and clean. Contamination from insects, dirt, pet dander, chemicals, or bacteria is nonexistent. Also, the Environmental Protection Agency highly recommends reusable plastic totes over cardboard boxes. It’s safer for your belongings—and the Earth!
What types of moves can these totes help with?
We offer plastic moving tote rentals for residential and commercial moves in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area.
How big are the Moves for Less moving totes?
Our totes measure 27” X 17” and are 12” deep. The interiors generally offer around 3.2 cubic feet of space.
What if I need to cancel my rentals?
We understand that changes happen, but please communicate with us as soon as you can. We offer full refunds if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the delivery time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before delivery, we’ll refund you 75%. And if you must cancel closer to delivery time, you can expect a refund of 50% of the rental fees. These fees help us restock and recirculate the totes for other movers.

What if I need to keep my totes a little longer than planned?
We’ll do everything we can to extend your time while you unpack—as long as the totes you're using aren’t scheduled to go to another mover. You may be subject to additional fees. Please call us at (317) 333-8019 right away to talk more.
What’s your delivery and pick-up schedule like?
We generally deliver and collect totes Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
