I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I am so disappointed in my experience with them. As... other reviews show, the company's manager, Dave, is unbelievably arrogant and lacks communication skills. Just look at how Dave gaslights paying customers who had their property damaged due to his movers or just had a bad unpleasant experience with this company.When I tried scheduling an appointment, the office assistant seemed to not know what she was doing as it relates to financing and pricing and constantly had to call in with Dave first. So I requested a call from Dave, which he did not make to me, causing me to request another. The second time I called, the office assistant seemed hesitant and honestly nervous about having to reach back out to Dave again.When I finally got a hold of Dave, he short-talked me and was very vague on specific details and tried rushing me off the phone. I needed to speak to him directly because I am moving from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom that is in the same apartment complex. I tried explaining to Dave that I do not have a lot of things since I live alone and wanted to get a more accurate estimate of the move that his secretary could not provide me. Dave insisted that I needed to be booked and charged for 3-4 hours instead of the 2 hour minimum because, according to him, that is how long it usually takes. He then stated that if it takes less than that time, he will just Cash App or Zelle me the money back. I could understand that, so I went ahead and confirmed my appointment with them. However, when I looked at my booking time for my appointment, it says that I will only have 2 hours with the movers, so I called Dave once again to ask him about this. I also wanted to ask him how the process of prorating goes since he stated using Cash App or Zelle but would not have the needed information to do this. When I started asking him questions, he immediately became angry and said that he will cancel my appointment and hung up on me!I just do not understand Dave. How are you a leader of a business that is not upfront and deceitful when it comes to pricing information, but when a customer wants clarification, your communication skills are so poor to the point where you unable to control your emotions, get frustrated, hang up on them, and cancel their appointment? That is not how you run a business.Stay away from this company. I believe some of the reviews are fake. The manager sets his employees up for failure, has an inflated ego, and does not know how to communicate to potential customers. Karma will come back to him eventually for how poorly he treats others.Update: See his response? He is not telling the truth. They never moved me because he got mad and cancelled my appointment.read more

I hired them for a move in March and discovered in April that my TV was broken( I rarely watch TV)... I brought it to their attention as soon as I discovered it and was told too much time had passed for them to do anything about it. I asked to be contacted by the manager/owner and at that point all communication was discontinued by Dave the field manager. As a matter of fact, I had to reach out to him 3-4 times before even getting an answer. They have no written policy on the timeframe of when damage has to be reported. In between moving from my old place to the new place we stopped at a furniture store to pick up a purchase for the new place and when Bubba and Dee(my movers for the day) opened the gate on the truck to load my purchase my belongings were EVERYWHERE. The truck had been loaded very haphazardly and the warehouse associate at the store even made a comment to me about it. They literally threw my stuff on the truck, my TV was not protected and nobody wants to replace it. I don't have another company to refer you to but this one obviously lacks integrity so beware. Check everything before the movers even leave.read more
