I have called, left messages and emails and never got a response back. I finally got someone to answer today and she was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Both sets of movers were on time, friendly, communicative, and took care of our belongings. The price is also reasonable. Just make sure you order the correct size of truck! Made that mistake the second time and they had to go over time, but that was my mistake.read more

Save yourself a lot of heartache and DO NOT BOOK with this company. I scheduled this move a month... in advance and the morning of, close to my 9:00am scheduled time I was told by David that my moving team had called out and movers could not get to me until 12:00pm. As time came closer they still had not arrived and only after calling I received word from David that they would be arriving around 1:30- that the move they were currently on was running longer than usual.The movers arrived at 1:18, fresh off a job in Fishers. They did not even have a moving dolly so boxes were taken by hand and by a cart my apartment complex happened to have for packages. I am not knocking the moving guys- they did the best that they could and were professional. However they took 4 hours to complete a move that took a previous team under 2 hours. I live in a one bedroom apartment and every moving team I got quotes from quoted 2-2.5 hours.This move was only a couple of blocks away and the previous move was 20 miles out with more furniture and boxes and took less time.I called David, frustrated that not only was my move delayed by almost 5 1/2 hours, but I had a team of movers fresh off another move that were tired and therefore moving slower. I asked if there was a discount that they would give for the inconvenience or a time cap on the price of the move. He proceeded to tell me it was normal for the movers to have back to back moves and that there was nothing that could be done for me. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and was connected to a lady named Carolyn. I told her the same thing I told David and she had the audacity to tell me I was “lucky they were able to find me a team and I didn’t end up stranded”. Lucky am I? Lucky that your business could not hold a time slot that was scheduled a month in advance? Lucky that your business guaranteed to provide a service and came through on the lowest level? She then told me the only thing she could do is tell them to stop and very sarcastically said “Do you want them to stop?” At this point all of my belongings were on the truck which she knew, so that didn’t leave me a choice other than to have my belongings held hostage.Side note: When the movers left they informed me they were heading straight to another job, so I guess it is normal by their standards. Even when you have strong workers, a human body can only do so much and for a business that prices based on time that matters.This delay lost me an entire working day’s worth of time and cost me more than I was quoted for. And on top of it to have people that have zero compassion, zero remorse, and crappy attitudes makes an already stressful situation so much worse. This is without a doubt the worst moving experience I have ever had.Now I’m just waiting for a comment with excuses or a claim that I was never a customer- if you scroll through reviews you’ll notice that seems to be a theme with any bad review they get.EDITING TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER’S COMMENT:That is a complete lie that you did not charge me for 4 hours. Your movers arrived at 1:18 and left at 5:18. I was quoted $425 for 3 hours when scheduling and you charged me $525.20 for 4 hours of time (posting photos of the two transactions as proof). I had to put it on two different cards because it was more than I was quoted and I never thought a 726sq ft move from a 1 bedroom apartment would take that long. Even with you claiming movers work back to back all the time maybe if you had given them proper equipment like dollys they could have moved more efficiently (call me crazy). Excuses seem to be your forte and as a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself, but to outright lie is pathetic.read more

Save yourself a lot of heartache and DO NOT BOOK with this company. I scheduled this move a month... in advance and the morning of, close to my 9:00am scheduled time I was told by David that my moving team had called out and movers could not get to me until 12:00pm. As time came closer they still had not arrived and only after calling I received word from David that they would be arriving around 1:30- that the move they were currently on was running longer than usual.The movers arrived at 1:18, fresh off a job in Fishers. They did not even have a moving dolly so boxes were taken by hand and by a cart my apartment complex happened to have for packages. I am not knocking the moving guys- they did the best that they could and were professional. However they took 4 hours to complete a move that took a previous team under 2 hours. I live in a one bedroom apartment and every moving team I got quotes from quoted 2-2.5 hours.This move was only a couple of blocks away and the previous move was 20 miles out with more furniture and boxes and took less time.I called David, frustrated that not only was my move delayed by almost 5 1/2 hours, but I had a team of movers fresh off another move that were tired and therefore moving slower. I asked if there was a discount that they would give for the inconvenience or a time cap on the price of the move. He proceeded to tell me it was normal for the movers to have back to back moves and that there was nothing that could be done for me. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and was connected to a lady named Carolyn. I told her the same thing I told David and she had the audacity to tell me I was “lucky they were able to find me a team and I didn’t end up stranded”. Lucky am I? Lucky that your business could not hold a time slot that was scheduled a month in advance? Lucky that your business guaranteed to provide a service and came through on the lowest level? She then told me the only thing she could do is tell them to stop and very sarcastically said “Do you want them to stop?” At this point all of my belongings were on the truck which she knew, so that didn’t leave me a choice other than to have my belongings held hostage.Side note: When the movers left they informed me they were heading straight to another job, so I guess it is normal by their standards. Even when you have strong workers, a human body can only do so much and for a business that prices based on time that matters.This delay lost me an entire working day’s worth of time and cost me more than I was quoted for. And on top of it to have people that have zero compassion, zero remorse, and crappy attitudes makes an already stressful situation so much worse. This is without a doubt the worst moving experience I have ever had.Now I’m just waiting for a comment with excuses or a claim that I was never a customer- if you scroll through reviews you’ll notice that seems to be a theme with any bad review they get.EDITING TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER’S COMMENT:That is a complete lie that you did not charge me for 4 hours. Your movers arrived at 1:18 and left at 5:18. I was quoted $425 for 3 hours when scheduling and you charged me $525.20 for 4 hours of time (posting photos of the two transactions as proof). I had to put it on two different cards because it was more than I was quoted and I never thought a 726sq ft move from a 1 bedroom apartment would take that long. Even with you claiming movers work back to back all the time maybe if you had given them proper equipment like dollys they could have moved more efficiently (call me crazy). Excuses seem to be your forte and as a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself, but to outright lie is pathetic.read more
