“Dez” from moves for less and the other gentleman (please forgive me not remembering your name- he... was so busy the whole time and was very quiet!) that helped us move were very professional and fast! I was incredibly impressed by the fact that we accidentally put a food bag to be placed on the moving truck and the movers packed the truck so well the eggs on top of the bag didn’t even break!!! And they moved all our belongings up a flight of stairs so fast the ice cream didn’t melt!! True story!! I was completely shocked when they brought that grocery bag in!! It was I highly recommend moves for less!! To move anything!!! Thank you so much!read more

The process was great getting a quote. I wish I could say the same for the move and the follow-up.... The movers literally moved all of my furniture with the empty drawers in the furniture, resulting in damage. I told them to be careful of our stained stair rail, expecting that they may cover it, but nope. The first piece of furniture took a chunk out of my stair railing, and a huge chunk in the drywall. Two months later and several calls…no one has showed up to look at the damage. I’ve already had the railing repaired as much as I could anyway. The lack of customer service on the follow-up was terribly disappointing. Would never use the company again.read more

they damaged several pieces of furniture. The worst was a 3/4 wide x 1 1/2 tall x 3/16 chunk of... wood that chipped off of our Arts & Craft style wooden leg. They said they would fix it by filling the void with wood putty. They stood several pieces of furniture up on our concrete driveway. The results are scratches in the wood. They rolled a 5 drawer chest of drawers 180 degrees, upside down, to move it. They also dropped the steel tailgate/lift down on the driveway slightly chipping it. Both driveways. They were all very nice and polite but their attention to caring for our furniture was non-existent.read more

They have a contract demanding to sign before move with RELEASES THEM FROM LIABILITY OR DAMAGES!!!!! It’s 10 pages yes 10 u read during your time!!!! Do not waste your time!!!!!!! NOW NO BODY IS PICKING MY CALLS!!!! Everyone please contact BBB if any issues!!!! Ignore reply it will be lies!!!! “Dez” from moves for less and the other gentleman (please forgive me not remembering your name- he was so busy the whole time and was very quiet!) that helped us move were very professional and fast! I was incredibly impressed by the fact that we accidentally put a food bag to be placed on the moving truck and the movers packed the truck so well the eggs on top of the bag didn’t even break!!! And they moved all our belongings up a flight of stairs so fast the ice cream didn’t melt!! True story!! I was completely shocked when they brought that grocery bag in!! It was I highly recommend moves for less!! To move anything!!! Thank you so much!

They took our bed apart and put it back together at the new residence, and went to great pains to ensure our living room TV was well protected during the trip. We moved from Carmel to Greenwood. Alex and Pierce were so kind and all around amazing! We were on the third floor of an apartment building and they moved everything fast and effortlessly.
