I had a great experience with Moves for Less. Saw they were highly rated. They were quick to... respond and able to schedule my move two days later. Alex and Trent showed up early and were very friendly and professional, quickly beginning work and smoothly transferring furniture from apartment to house. Both guys went above and beyond. Price even dropped after they were able to complete the work sooner than anticipated. Highly recommend!read more

I've had 3 moving companies and Moves For Less was the best. The movers (Dustin, Tyler and Wyatt)... were great. These 3 young men were very courteous, polite and business oriented. I would not recommend. I felt pressured to put in a good review in front of the movers. We paid a... premium to have a piano moved. They did not know what they were doing. They broke the piano and I felt threatened not to say something. The team lead was demeaning to the others and they bickered the whole time. It was very unpleasant. Thank goodness I know not to use these people again. Lesson learned.read more

Was very impressed with the guys that actually did the moving of our office, Bubba and his team did... a remarkable job of unassembling & reassembling the desks, work stations & especially the conference table. the move was very efficient!!! Only one very small mark, but that was due to the size of furniture and the angle to get it in one of the offices.read more

My experience in dealing with Moves for Less Indy has been very unfortunate. From day one of... agreeing to move forward with them we have had nothing but frustration and disappointment. There are 3 key issues with this company to be aware of. 1. They don't necessarily mislead you but definitely will not review the details required for you to understand what you are signing up for. 2. When an incident happens like damage to your personal property committed by their crew, they will give you the confidence that everything will be taken care of only to later ignore your contact attempts and delay resolutions. 3. The people at the top do not care about their staff. I witnessed senior people neglect their packing crew and moving crews by leaving them high and dry in trying to troubleshoot problems.We ended up paying more than expected because they sent a small staff to pack our home rather than a large group of people who could get it done in less time. As the day progressed their staff became tired and took longer than they should have to finish the job. This caused multiple hours of extra work and we had to pay the bill. Additionally, their movers dropped a very expensive piece of furniture and the stone shattered. I was assured by the higher ups that I would be fully reimbursed by their insurance company only to find out that they won't do it. Lastly, in these moments of stress for their crews they left them high and dry. No one stepped in to help them until the very last minute.For me, that is the red flag or the canary in the coal mine. If they don't take care of the people who do the grunt work and work the hardest, they definitely don't care about their customers. My recommendation is to stay away from using this company. You'll be happy you did.read more
